Refund policy

The time to make an exchange or a return is 14 days from the reception of the product. Once this time has elapsed it will not be possible to make any exchange or refund.

Shipments

The price of shipping in the Spanish Peninsula is 3€ to cover the increase in our logistics costs. For purchases over 60€ the shipping is free.

Change Policy:

To make a change, follow the steps below:

COST: FREE for the first change, from the second change the cost is 4,9€.
It is imperative that the product is returned in the same condition in which it arrived, unused and unwashed.
Customized products cannot be exchanged.
In case we detect that the product is not in the conditions we requested, the product will be returned to the person without the possibility of an exchange or refund.
Contact us through the web form. Indicate in the form the change and specify the size you wish to receive.
The exchange will be sent within 14 days after we receive the garment and check it.

Return policy:

To make a return, please follow the steps below:

COST: 4,5€.
It is imperative that the product is returned in the same condition in which it arrived, unused and unwashed.
Personalized products are NOT returnable
In the event that we detect that the product is not in the condition we requested, the product will be returned to the person without the possibility of a refund.

The money will be refunded to your account once we receive the package back. 4,5€ will be deducted from the price of the product as the cost of the return. (within a maximum of 14 working days).
